In Leh, the first-ever 3-Day Ladakh winter conclave 2020 concluded in a grand style. Ladakh Lieutenant Governor RK Mathur appealed the tourism industry to economically strengthen the border villages to showcase the development to our neighbours.
Yesterday, RK Mathur appealed the stakeholders of tourism industry, to distribute the revenue throughout Ladakh and throughout the year. He said there are about 40 tourism themes are possible in the Ladakh region. He assured the industry to extent all possible help in Ladakh.
Ladakh tourism Commissioner Secretary Rigzin Samphel said interactions with the experts of various aspects of the tourism industry during the Conclave would help in creating a road map for the future.
Ladakh winter conclave aimed at attracting tourists in the winter season with a focus on the distribution of tourism income to rural Ladakh. The Winter Conclave was attended by tourism experts, branding managers, wildlife, adventure sports operators and film personalities.
