DC Rajouri releases 2 short films on Corona prevention awareness

RAJOURI, JUNE 22: Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Nazir Sheikh today released two short films on Corona awareness including “Jeet Jayenge Hum” by Vishal Pahari and “Jaan Hai Te Jahan Hai” by Pervaiz Mali, here today.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sher Singh; Special Officer for Cultural Activities (SOCA) Dr.Alamdar Adam and Ward Councillor, Sanjay Sharma and Vishal Pahari and other artists were present on the occasion .
The two films have been produced by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages Rajouri with the aim to educate the masses about the deadly CoronaVirus.
Culture Officer, Dr Alamdar Adam said that the films seek to spread awareness in far-flung areas of the district on Covid Control measures
“The short films tend to spread awareness about corona infection, the precautions needed to be taken and tips on the lifestyle to be adopted to stay safe.. The films also portray the Post COVID change in lifestyle,” he added.
The DC hailed the efforts of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages Rajouri for producing the informative short films within the shortest time. He said that sharing the right information with the masses is emerging as an important need in tackling the COVID19 pandemic.
The DC appreciated the team of artists, writers, lyricist and cameraman for their excellent performance and expressed hope that this will definitely help in generating awareness among the masses.
